Operation method:

Manual measurement: put the sample on a solid plane, hold the hardness tester to keep the pressure foot parallel to the surface of the sample, and press the pressure needle vertically into the sample smoothly. When the MODE icon flashes, the reading will be read. At this time, the hardness value displayed on the hardness tester screen is the sample hardness value. (MODE is set to 0 for continuous measurement, MODE icon does not flash)

Shore hardness test bench measurement:

A. Connect the hardness tester to shore hardness tester, and place the sample on the workbench.

B. will leverage through the middle hole with weights fixed rod installation (shaw type A hardness by 1 kg weight), the workbench moving up along with the above sample, when the hardness tester of the pressure foot and the sample surface contact and the weight slightly raised, reach test state, read the hardness tester screen display value, the value is the shaw hardness value of the sample.

Matters needing attention:

1. In order to protect the pressure needle part of the hardness tester, it is required to strictly avoid strong contact between the pressure needle and the glass plate, otherwise it is easy to damage the pressure needle tip of the hardness tester, and the instrument can not be used normally.

2. The hardness tester should be strictly prevented from falling and hitting.

3. When the durometer battery is low, charge it through the USB cable.
