Use of Shore hardness tester platform:

1. No matter for experienced or inexperienced operators, the hardness tester measuring platform can ensure better measuring accuracy;

2. The measuring platform has two different loads: 1 KG for shaw type A and 5KG for shaw type D;

3. Open the plastic dust-proof pad on shore Hardness tester and install the instrument on the tester. Do not install it too tightly.

4. Power supply :SR44 button battery, unscrew the battery cover with a coin, put the battery,+ level up.

5. Note: Before the test, set the mode to INCH.

Use of electronic Shore hardness tester:

Test steps:

1. Before the test, the instrument display is 0;

2. Place the test block on a hard, level surface;

3. The instrument is perpendicular to the surface of the measured workpiece;

4. Press the instrument quickly on the workpiece, do not shake, with enough force on the surface of the workpiece, ensure that the probe and the workpiece close contact;

5.1 Read hardness value after seconds;

Requirements for workpiece:

1. Thickness of test block of Shaw TYPE A hardness tester is not less than 6mm;

Shaw D type hardness tester test block thickness is not less than 3mm;

2. The size of the test block is not less than 12mm;

3. The surface of the test block should be smooth;
